No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. WASP was a sub-brand of Sheaffer and the gray birdseye is commonly called "Souls of Purgatory". Beautiful pen that is getting increasingly hard to find. This pen is on consignment from a long time client. 14K nib provides a 0.4 mm line width.

This month we’ve pulled together an interesting selection to tempt you including some Sheaffer Legacy pens in superb condition. The fountain pen, rollerball, and ballpoint were made by Sheaffer in the 1990s and are truly wonderful writers. There are also a few sweet nibs in this tray, and as always, our pens are restored and ready to go.
While we had planned and made reservations for the Ohio Pen Show, sadly we must cancel due to a family loss. This was our last hope for a show this year and we will sorely miss being there. The first show up for us next year is Baltimore.
