06	Waterman 1940s Red Pearl, Fine Flex Nib
SOLD Condition C+ No brassing, chips, dings or significant scratches. A truly rare find and the first one we have ever had. This Canadian gem is a beautiful red pearl but unfortunately it has a small crack coming from the top of the cap where the rivet holds the clip in place. Clip is sturdy so it is only affecting the looks on the back of the cap. 14K Canadian Waterman nib offers a line variation of 0.5mm to 1.2mm. 07	Parker Lucky Curve 2-1/2 BCHR, Fine Nib
SOLD Condition: B No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. An uncommon 1920s pre-Duofold Parker with beautiful repose cap bands. Most of these featured a plain chased cap, and extra bands like these were offered as a premium upgrade. The gold filled bands are in very nice condition, and while the pen has a bit of fading to the hard rubber, it is in clean, original condition. This beautiful jade shows the wonderful true color of jade, but more than that it is a pen that writes well. The silver paladium alloy nib offers a line width of 0.5mm. Lever Filler. Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings, or significant scratches. This charming pen was too nice to let go. Well made and beautiful but missing a nib, so we found one to fit it. 24	Delta Dolcevita Mini Rollerball

This charming rollerball is also made in Delta's signature terra cotta orange and black resins with a sterling silver cap band. New rollerball cartridge installed. 25	Sheaffer 5-30 Jade Ringtop, Fine Nib
Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. Sheaffer's introduction of colored celluloid causes a sensation in the pen word during the 1920s. This 1920s ringtop model 5-30 is made in their early Jade celluloid and the color is bright. There is a bit of discoloration to the end of the barrel and middle of the cap. The 14k fine nib writes with a smooth, firm line. Lever filler. Pen Length: 4³/₄"(121mm) capped, 6"(152mm) posted. $165.00
26	Japanese Eyedropper Filler, Stub Nib
Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. A full-sized late 1940s to early 1950s Japanese eyedropper from an unknown maker restored and ready to go. Japanese eyedroppers are filled by unscrewing the section and filling the barrel with ink. When you want to use the pen, unscrew the blind cap two or three turns to open the ink shutoff and allow ink to flow. It's made with black urushi lacquer over ebonite. There are a few slight bubbles to the lacquer finish which is common in older pens. The nib is a bit special. It's a steel #2 COARSE nib made by Platinum that writes like a stub. It is also springy, but because this pen was never meant to be used as a flexible nib pen, it should not be flexed. Overall nice condition. Japanese eyedropper. 27	Pilot Volex, Fine Nib
SOLD Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. In the mid-1970s, Pilot introduced its iconic Myu model along with several other sleek and well-designed pocket pens. This one, the Volex, was sold along side the Myu and shares many of the same design elements. They are fantastic writers and the stainless steel cap and barrel with 2 black rings gives the pen a sleek, elegant look. These days they are a bit harder to find than the Myu models. Features a steel fine nib made in August 1977. Uses Pilot cartridges/converters.$145.00
28	Parker Vacumatic Golden Pearl Senior Maxima, Extra Fine Superflex Nib
SOLD Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. Parker Vacumatics are true classics of the vintage pen world. Most often, they feature smooth and very firm nibs. This one is very much the exception. It features a correct USA-made super flexible extra fine 14k nib that is a wonder to use. It is the most flexible nib of its kind we have seen, and it is original not altered. The 2-tone effect is also quite striking. This USA-made pen was manufactured in the first quarter of 1941 and is restored and ready to use. Barrel transparency is decent and the pen is quite clean overall. There is a bit of staining to the threads from some old turquoise ink. Don't pass up this rare combination of a flex nib on the largest Vacumatic made at the time. Vacumatic filler. 29	Platinum Demonstrator Pocket Pen, Fine Nib
Condition: C+ No brassing, chips, dings or significant scratches. When Japanese pocket pens were introduced in the early-1960s, the major manufacturers in Japan battled for market share. In order to aid salespeople, demonstrator pens were produced to show the inner workings of pens. This is one of the earliest demonstrator models Platinum produced and they are very scarce today. Due to the type of plastics used, stress cracks are common and this pen has one on the side of the hood. It does not affect function. The original early steel nib with the 10 Years/S.N globe logo has some pitting to the surface as well. It ís an uncommon survivor and is more of a collector's piece than an everyday user. 30	Pilot Red Carbonesque Vanishing Point, Fine Nib
Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. In 2003 Pilot introduced this Red Carbonesque Vanishing Point as a limited edition of 1500 pens only for the US market. It ís one of the most striking designs they've ever produced. This one shows signs of only light use. 2003 dated fine 14k nib. Included worn original box with papers and new Pilot CON-40 converter. Cartridge/converter filler. $395.00
31	Pilot Vanishing Point Green, Fine Nib
Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. The Vanishing Point is one of Pilot's most popular pens and this green color really pops with the gold trim. These were discontinued over 10 years ago and are now quite difficult to find. Some light scratches and wear to the button. 18k fine nib. Uses Pilot cartridges/converters. Converter included. 32	Pilot Falcon Purple, Soft Broad Nib
SOLD Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings, or significant scratches. Pilot added this gorgeous purple color to their lineup recently and it really pops. The soft broad 14k Falcon nib is nicely responsive and has a line width of 0.7mm. This one has seen very little use and looks brand new. Cartridge/Converter. Length: 5³/₈" (102mm) capped, 5¹⁵/₁₆" (121mm) posted. Price: $135.00
33	Pilot Capless / Vanishing Point Twist Model, Fine Nib
Condition: B No chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. In 1966 Pilot introduced this model C-700GW as a more luxurious option with a twist mechanism similar to the original 1963 Capless. Selling at the time for 7 times the price of its push-button compatriot, these are now very difficult to find. Two different luxury models were made: one that was entirely gold filled and another, this one, that was half gold filled, half black. The half black/half gold version is the hardest one to find. There is some brassing to the cap and clip and some scratches to the barrel. Manufactured on October 17, 1966. Uses the long discontinued Pilot Double Spare cartridges or CON-W converters. A scarce new old stock box of Pilot Double Spare cartridges is included with this pen. 14k fine nib made in July 1966. Price: $395.00
34	Sheaffer Half Balance Pearl & Black, Extra Fine
Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings, or significant scratches. When Sheaffer introduced the Balance in 1929 the revolutionary design had rounded ends. Through 1930 they also offered a “half-balance” with a rounded cap and barrel with a flat end. They are not easy to find and were offered for only a short time. The black and pearl celluloid has discolored but is better than many other examples. White dot cap and matching 14k Lifetime fine nib that offers a line width of 0.4mm. Lever Filler. 35	Sheaffer Stubby Ebonized Pearl Balance, Fine Nib
Condition: B- No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. Ebonized Pearl is one of the most attractive colors of Sheafferís Balance line and this one is in excellent condition. This stubby Balance has the same diameter as the full-sized pens while being shorter in stature. Neat personalization Frances Byers on the barrel. 14k fine nib. Lever Filler. Price: $175.00
36	Sheaffer FAT Touchdown Black, Broad Nib
Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. In 1949 Sheaffer introduced their Touchdown filler and produced for only a year a series of large "fat" pens that are similar in size to earlier Triumph models. This one, in classy black plastic, features a smooth broad nib. It was retipped many years ago and it was done well. It's a smooth writer that gives you all of the benefits of a hard to find broad Sheaffer nib without the high price of a factory one. 14k fine TRIUMP nib. Touchdown filler. Price: $185.00
37	Sheaffer Craftsman Black, Extra Fine Nib
Condition: B-+ No brassing, chips, cracks, significant scratches, or dings. Produced in the late-1940s, this model was on the budget end of Sheaffer’s lineup. The thin cap band is simple and elegant. Its 14k nib is perfect for everyday use and offers a line width of 0.4mm. Lever Filler. Pen Length: 5¹/₄" (133mm) capped, 5⁷/₈" (149mm) posted. Price: $120.00
38	Sheaffer Snorkel Clipper Fiesta Red, Fine Nib
SOLD Condition: B+ No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. Sheaffer's legendary Snorkel is a classic of 1950s design. This one is in the more desirable high-cachet color Fiesta Red. These are wonderful to use and very reliable pens that would be the star of any collection. 39	Sheaffer Snorkel Clipper Periwinkle Blue, Extra Fine Nib
Condition: B No brassing, chips, cracks, dings or significant scratches. Sheaffer's legendary Snorkel is a classic of 1950s design. Periwinkle is one of the hardest to find Snorkel colors out there. This one is perfect to use every day for those who like very fine nibs. Marion B Coker neatly stamped into the barrel and a slight ding to the edge of the cap band. 40	Waldmann Sterling, Medium Nib
SOLD Condition: N2 No brassing, chips, cracks, dings, or significant scratches. Beautiful sterling silver pen. Polished steel medium nib makes this an exceptional buy. Medium polished steel nib would be an excellent candidate for a custom grind at a for a small upcharge. Cartridge/Converter Filler. Length: 5³/₈" (137 mm) capped, 5⁵⁄₈" (143 mm) posted. We grade pens according to the following condition scale. Within a grade, we use + or – to indicate shades of variation; for example, a pen that is B+ falls into the B grade and shows so little use that it is only marginally not A2.

A1		“Mint” (uninked). Shows no signs of use.
A2		“Mint” (inked).& As for A1 but may have been dipped or inked.
N1		New Old Stock (NOS). Unsold dealer or manufacturer stock. Not dipped or inked but may show shop wear.
N2		New Old Stock (NOS). Same as N1 but may have been dipped.
B		Excellent. All parts original and showing only very slight signs of use. Very slight surface scratching; very minor discoloration or brassing; crisp imprints; no significant dings.
C		Fine. All parts original. Some discoloration and brassing; light or worn imprints; small dings to metal or scratching on plastic.
D		Fair. Some parts possibly not original; significant brassing or discoloration; very worn imprints; dings and scratches. Maybe a good writing pen or usable for parts.

All of our tray pens are fully restored to good writing condition unless otherwise noted. By “good writing condition” is meant, in addition to proper function, that nibs are aligned, set for reasonable flow, and not scratchy. Particularly nice writers are so noted in their descriptions.

Except for pens that are described as being in “mint” or NOS condition, these are used pens. We guarantee all of our restoration work (resacking, nib adjustments, etc.), and we ship the pens in good working order. However, they are still used pens, and we cannot make the same guarantees against defects or for length of life that their manufacturers made (such as Sheaffer's Lifetime guarantee).

CAUTION
Empirical evidence collected over several years has made it clear that some Noodler’s inks can and will destroy pens. Many vintage pens, because of the materials of which they are made, are especially susceptible to destruction by these inks.
